"Attending the 5 sessions of the 'Transform Your Health' workshop has been a real eye opener. The statistics given on the poor health of our nation was shocking! I knew it wasn’t great but I didn’t realize it was so dire. I have been chronically tired, no energy, constant gut issues and just not happy with my overall health for years.
